but you'll never fly with someone elses wings

how can you give a man the healthy body to live in, but not the soul to live on
how can you allow a man your love, but not the values you live by
how can you provide the shelter of safety but not the peace in mind
how can you make the man yours and not make the world you respect his?
he cant fly on your wings, and neither can you...but you can weave for him, his feathered wings. you can give him the wings and power to fly. you can and you should tell him to soar the skies with his head held high. he should have the same respect as you, he needs to live like you, he will value the same principles as you do.
not because he needs to, not because he has to. but because that is how a man lives his life, that is how you live your life and that should be how he lives his. with dignity and courage.

Orthros no Inu...
i guess, i have always kinda like/love Tackey... from his Majo no Jouken to Taiyo wa Shizumanai... i have enjoyed his shows... and his recent Orthros no Inu interest me from the start even with the less than stellar ratings....
maybe its the looks, maybe its the brooding expression, maybe its the intriguing and engaging story plot that he is so used to choosing...maybe its the looks
nonetheless, i have always enjoyed him, even though it never seems to be the acting style?! haha but judge for yr self... he is rather good~
the show started off with him being the 'bad' guy though i never really saw him as that (it was lauded as his virgin role as a villain) but his reply towards how he view the character might have clouded my judgement from the start but i had a nagging feeling that he was not the real bad person.. he was in locked up for god's sake(for allegedly killing 3 people, his playmates from orphan, no less)
but somehow i keep feeling there is lots we dont know abt the guy and right up till the end, i can still say the same... still he cares for what he cares, he is sharp and analytical. he picks up things fast, he has great sensitivity towards his surroundings and emotions, he knows how to create a tight and knotty situation and get out safely. he manipulates (oh yeah~ he does that a lot), he makes uses of pple's strength and weakness, he is mean, possibly even evil but he does things for a purpose, he ignores for a cause, he reasons, he argues and he uses his own sense of logic, understanding and knowledge of the world to carry out his actions...
he says, protecting someone isn't literally about getting rid of all the dangers for the person, it is about making the person feel strong, even without you by the side... and i agree fully
he says to (his mirror image) person-with-hands-that-can-kill-with-a-touch that everyone that strives towards living does so with the clear revelation of death so that power to kill is the hands-of-gods, rather than his hands that can heal with a touch...and somehow constructing this in a sentence makes much more sense than when first spoken...
he says why save the dying guy who threaten him (with a gun to save his Alzheimer stricken wife) and his wife when it will only mean more pain for them since it will retrieve their memories of their tragically lost child... and while that seems harsh, those who love and lost might agree...
and so you see... a good show that attempts to balance logically engaging and confusing reasons with trilling stories... never an easy story to tell since it gets dull, dry and heavy easily but it got me intriged till the finals hasnt it~

the LIST
you know...pple keep talking about the list... about the list of characteristics, of goodness you are looking out for your better half... some say the love map mirrors that of your parents, others talk about it all the time and follow it religiously...
i say bullshit (and shit, in my book is NOT a bad word. it is another word for crap or whatever that comes out of that arse hole)
you say these magic words in a roomful of guys and i swear everyone is gone in a min.
' all those married, in a relationship, serious or non, all those gays, bisexual, all those emotionally unavailable, clear out of the room' and i swear, there are all gone..
so you see, no list required.
i know what kind of qualities i am looking for in a man, i know what i need. adn you either end up with someone substandard and make do with what you have or you try the hell to change them into what you want. and neither works as you like ...
or so i exaggrate. but you know i am right

바보라서
the reason why i am always disinterested in learning a new language is that i know i know nuts over new language...i cant just learn a new language and be satisfied that i know how to converse and talk to pple in the country...i need to be able to feel at ease, to feel comfortable and really completely used to a language. to be able to converse is one thing, to be able to express yourself, your feelings is another... so while my chinese is deteriorating at an alarming speed...i am still savoring over the times i can express my jumbled-up thoughts in chinese and find comfort through them...
so while i understand and know and can identify that babo or pabo means fool or idiot..i need to know and understand why Baboraseo is I'am a fool...cause it makes sense to me when i say I am a fool or 我是傻瓜/傻蛋/傻子/蠢蛋(you get the drift) to put the noun and person infront of the description... but it doesnt make a whole lot of sense to do the yoda thing and say fool, i am... i mean as a language i need to know the structure, the usual way of speaking and thats hard for me... that is unease for me
so while i appreciate and can admire how people are always enthusiastic about a new language... for me i cant fathom the need to be trades of none...maybemaybe there is a tiny hope that it will be easy to master, easy to get the hang of but really, unless necessary, i would like to stick to my native languages..not because of anything but cause these exotic languages are beautiful and lovely..and they deserve much better than me, than my half hearted attempt or half baked skills...

.This.Is.It.
..CP this is it...
i learnt a lot from it, first things first but am tired so i will consolidate my thoughts and get back to ya soon on that
note: questions asked
outsourcing considerations, cost only?
capacity of factory
bottleneck of factory
.mj. this is it...
zz monster was rushing me w.r.t that long-over due date...
but i felt sad that we are watching it in the movies. he doesnt want to be remembered by his rehearsals right? our last memory of him shldnt have been a 60% effort, cause he is worth much more than that...
he is technical, pushy for details, perfectionist and at one point i really feel that thats what it meant to be a legend. you can ask and demand for perfection...and as gentle as he was, he was not afraid to ask and seek and find the best in people.
to stretch them a bit at a time, to push for more..
he shldnt been seen like that and also not in this manner... we shld be shouting our guts out and not immobolized in our seats and sit thr it... it isnt bad but thats not what he is about
he is a true born performer... he is a genius with his musical abilities, to seek out the most effective beats ('let it simmer a bit longer'), maybe only 99.9% of his audiences can spot that but no, he wasnt going to let it fall...
he performs so long that he knows what a performer needs. hardwork, great eye for details.. he doesnt stops cause he is great. he continues on just because he is great...
i like that passion. i seek such passion
